About Caroline Johnson

Caroline Johnson is the co-founder of The Business Model Company (TBMC) the specialist consultancy that redesigns, operationalizes and scales agency business models through a 12-month Business Model Change Programme.

Agencies that go on the program are safely transitioned from selling lower value, time-based services to higher value solutions that are delivered through re-packaged products and programs, with new commercial principles and pricing models that ensure sustainable and high margin revenue.

Businesses that work with TBMC include the major holding companies, global independents and consultancies.

Caroline is an experienced management consultant with more than 20 years developing more sustainable models for creative businesses in the marketing services industry. Her career has spanned KPMG and ten years in Corporate Advisory as a Partner for Results International before co-founding The Business Model Company nine years ago.

Caroline, co-founder Rob Connolly, US Partner Tim Williams, and their team of specialist consultants, have been creating pioneering new models with enviable success and growth. Never has this been more critical than in the current environment and future marketplace.

Recently Caroline and Global CEO Mat Baxter of IPG-owned Huge network and the TBMC Business Model Change Programme were the subject of Michael Farmer’s new book, Madison Avenue Makeover which follows the network’s journey of a 14-month transformation program from service to program solutions at scale.
