Joe Koufman is a professional matchmaker. He doesn't typically deal in the business of love (though he has brought 3 marriages together), but his passion for connecting people manifests itself in his company Setup. There, he matches brands with creative agencies that best fit them. He saw an issue with brands not being able to reach beyond the limits of their network, instantly excluding so many excellent agencies. Joe talks with Jason about how his company's process works and what agencies can bring to the table that make them a good fit.
