About Rodney Northern

Driven by a desire for sustainable growth and positive change - Rodney has been a global marketing executive for the past 25 years and continues to grow his craft daily. A classically trained brand marketer, he has led billion dollars businesses and managed multimillion-dollar budgets for some of the top global CPG companies.

He has spent considerable time and energy designing new and innovative products, processes and testing methodologies resulting in successful global product launches in numerous categories. Throughout his career he’s had extensive experience and responsibility in leading multidisciplinary teams and takes pride in his team member development.

Rodney received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of California at Riverside and continued on to complete his MBA degree with an emphasis in Corporate Finance and Marketing Management at the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
